REACH is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against Tuberculosis (TB) and the improvement of public health systems in India. REACH works as a bridge between the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP), the private healthcare sector, and the community to ensure that every person affected by TB has access to high-quality care and support.
Role
This is a purpose-driven role where you will use data to improve health services. You will help track project progress, ensure data accuracy, and support the rollout of new digital health tools in the private sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the project M&E framework and data collection tools.
- Manage real-time dashboards and databases to monitor daily progress.
- Analyze project data and create reports for internal and external partners.
- Coordinate with field staff and state officials to ensure smooth operations.
- Undertake field visits to health clinics to troubleshoot digital tools and verify data.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to improve data reporting skills.
- Represent the organization at state-level meetings and professional forums.
- Ensure all project activities are documented accurately and submitted on time.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by organisation.
Requirements
- Education: MBBS, BDS, Allied Health Sciences degree, or PhD in Statistics/Public Health.
- 1–2 years of experience in public health monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong skills in MS Office, online reporting tools like KoBo Toolbox, and data software.
- Fluent in reading and writing Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage professional relationships with diplomacy.
- Willingness to travel within the state for at least 10 days a month.
- Experience working with Tuberculosis programs or the private health sector is preferred.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to a transparent working style.
