Role

You will be the vital link between the foundation and the families it serves. Your mission is to lead field activities, support mothers' groups, and ensure that every sponsored child receives the care and resources they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead household assessments and surveys to identify family needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate monthly workshops, regular home visits, training sessions, and community events for children and families.
  • Manage regular home visits to build trust and monitor the well-being of program participants.
  • Mobilize mothers' groups and community stakeholders to promote health and education awareness.
  • Maintain precise digital and physical records of all program activities and family progress.
  • Support beneficiaries with banking documentation and track the use of program funds.
  • Liaise with local authorities to help families access government schemes and entitlements.
  • Organize skill-building initiatives and capacity-building sessions for community groups.

Requirements

  • Education: MSW with 1–3 years of experience, or BSW with 3–5 years of experience.
  • Language: Strong proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and data entry.
  • Experience: Proven track record in field operations, community mobilization, or social work.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Location: Must be a local resident of Delhi NCR.
